Analysis of Building Energy Reduction by Building Energy Package Regarding Vietnam Environmental Condition and Economic

Due to the construction industry, increase in energy demands from population, and economic growth Vietnam, need for efficient buildings has increased. An analysis of Vietnam’s regulations standards related building shows that current technology level is similar Korea 1980s, so it needs upgrade its technology. Using Korea’s advanced technology, will be possible satisfy buildings. In a prior study, baseline data were calculated using simulation program with weather input values provided by most recent Vietnam (QCVN 09:2017:BXD). Then, optimized combination packages was derived achieve savings 60% integrating (Energyplus) programming language (Python). climate characteristics vary region, simulations run three sets (Northern: Hanoi, Central: Da Nang, Southern: Ho Chi Minh). As result, could reduce usage about 55% compared model. this analyzed simulated modeling real example before package installed.
